In 2018, according to the company's xft-3111 strategic plan, the strategic talent training system is composed of four parts: "baby eagle plan", "flying eagle plan", "fine eagle plan" and "eagle plan". In this endogenous strategic talent cultivation -- baby eagle project, a total of 15 baby eagles joined the company on July 2 and conducted a one-week intensive training of the company, which was composed of external quality development, company theory training and tongxiang base visit, aiming to gradually grow into the backbone of the department through the cultivation of fresh college students.
